Once the course has begun, tutors and the Course Coordinator monitor the progress and performance of each student. The Course Co-ordinator is available to provide information to  students, assist them to adjust to their new circumstances and college life. Students are able to discuss with the Course Co-ordinator any problem that may be affecting their ability to study. The Course Co-ordinator will also provide referral for proper advice regarding problems/issues that may arise including legal and financial advice including advice on the management of finances. The Administrator is also available for this information as required.

Students whose first language is not English are particularly encouraged to ask tutors for clarification of issues they do not understand immediately after each session. Sydney Rudolf Steiner College will ensure that all staff involved with students are suitably qualified and also sensitive to the culture of the students. Review of students' progress and mutual consultation about the situation of students of the courses are an integral part of all tutors' meetings.
